Table games closed between 5AM and 9AM

Hi Folks,
I was in Las Vegas this past week for our annual March Break trip.
I went to play craps at 6AM at Casino Royale on both March 16th and 17th and was greeted by a sandwich board sign put in one of the craps tables that said all table games will be closed between 5AM and 9AM.
I stopped by later and asked the staff and they said this is a new policy instituted in February.

That stinks but I was glad to see that they had two craps tables on our visit this month. It was widely reported that there was only one for a while.
I don't know why, but I almost always have good luck playing low limit craps there.

Yes it looks like two tables with $5 minimum and 100x odds going forward. I heard they don't offer the $3 minimum anymore and I certainly didn't see it anytime last week.
