Google was no help. Caesars.com was no help. Is there a list of where I can redeem my Total Rewards credits? Is it at any restaurant on the property at a Caesars hotel?

Is it 100 points is $1?

Why isn't their website more helpful?

Are you talking Vegas? They can be used at any Caesars restaurant, which leads to confusion at times if a restaurant is 1-1 or 2-1. Basically the desk at any property can tell you which restaurants are which. Yes 100 is $1 but some non CZR owned restaurants accept them at 2-1, or $2 for $1.

As for their website, good luck, almost worthless.

Yeah, going to Vegas next month. So Gordon Ramsay would probably be 200 for $1 then?

Ramsey is/was 1-1 as recently as January. Appears it is a CZR owned licensed property. But can change at any time. Best to check at before dining. Usually the 2-1 places are like Margaritaville and Ruth Chris.

A restaurant list was previously accessible here:

https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1430

But the link doesn't seem to work anymore. A possible starting point now would be the Diamond Celebration Dinner list. Here's one from 2015:

http://www.markslasvegas.com/total-rewards-diamond-celebration-outlets-in-las-vegas/

AFAIK, anything on the list should be available for point redemption at 1-1. Some unlisted restaurants may also be available at 1-1, but requiring a voucher from the TR desk because they're not automated for "Quick Rewards" point redemption. An example is Mon Ami Gabi at Paris.

Fins, I think this Total Rewards page may be what you are looking for. Note the restaurants with the double asterisk are 200:$1, and those with the triple asterisk are 150:$1. All the others are 100:$1.

Thanks. Forget my comment about the link not working. My browser is screwed up apparently.

That's great, thanks. Don't know how you found it, I was looking all over for it.

Thanks again.

Ruth Chris is 1:1 as of Friday night.

I have found the best way to deal with comps at caesars is if you can charge it back to your room and then apply the points to the room. Also quite often if you speak to your casino host he can even increase your comp value. If for some reason you can not charge it back to your room you can get a comp from the total rewards desk or casino host that can be given to your server
