Potential Showboat AC Sale to Penn National

Runors are flying in AC that this could happen quickly. Make sense from CZR standpoint, but I dont see the price being very high considering the recent Trump Plaza sale price. As for PNG, they are starting to develop a large customer datebase from PA and MD and could use it to bring in guests for multi-day stays. CZR players would just move to the other 3 properties left in AC, so they should be able to keep revenue close to the same.
