I really have no point to make about this, just expressing dissatifaction with Total Rewards. Just don't think it's fair.
Quote: NickyDimReally? I thought everyone got it. You just made me feel a whole lot better. Thanks.
And now I feel worse for not getting it.
However, this just leads me to believe that TR is working on creating another level between Diamond and Seven Star that eventually become "the new Diamond", perhaps Ruby level.
Quote: NickyDimGetting platinum perks.
Besides shorter lines, what are those perks?
Other than that probably not much except maybe a better discounted weekend rate(some comped, some @$30 for a Friday) in AC than the Gold tier.
When you reach Diamond you have to kep climbing to get extra comp dollars, entries into tournamets, junkent flights and so forth. The best thing about Diamond is priority reservartion line, free rooms almost anytime at almost any casino, Diamond lines for valet, taxis, cashier cage.
Best thing about 7-Star....1 free trip to any casino Caesars owns (even overseas). 1 free trip to any US casino. These trips include a flight, and the ability to bring two other guests with you. Comped suites at almost every casino. Comped rooms anywhere....there are 7-star floors in some casinos that can only be reserved by 7-star players so you have a place to stay no matter what is going on in Vegas.
Also is there still Video Poker at the bar in the lounge in Rincon? If you are a VP player can you speak to how good or bad the paytables are there?
The Diamond Lounges in Vegas are sweet because you get free drinks and they are stocked with salad bars.
Ditto! Where's my *#^%@* 2000 Tier Points!!Quote: bwEveryone in the program did not get them, I am in the program and got nothing.
Quote: JamieVThe Diamond Lounge at Rincon is pretty nice. It is the only place in the casino, even my room, where I can get perfect cell phone coverage. There are Video Poker machines in the bar but I do not know how to read the pay tables correctly because I don't play VP that much. I'm sure I can find an article explaining how to read paytables and get back to you when/if I return.

All I am really interested in is that the bonus poker game pays 8 for a full house and 5 for a flush, or a jacks or better game that pays 9 and 6 respectively. \

I'm level 0. Now for all those people to all complain because Diamond is broken up into tiers and how they don't like it.
Quote: odiousgambitWhen playing the Wizard in our chess tournament, he warily asked if my handle was from playing chess. It was indeed, I started using it when online chess became available. Unfortunately it suggests I am good at chess, which is not the case! So I use it here too for some reason.
So was that post intended for a different thread?

I know, I know, BIG DEAL, but I went to the Diamond Lounge
at Horseshoe with a friend of a friend at the Horseshoe
Cleveland this past weekend.
It was nice enough. Some big screen TV's. A big bar, but
all the seats were taken, so I don't know if there was any
VP there. I don't think so.
Yep, some finger type foods.
And some comfy chairs to watch the big flat screen TV's.
The drinks, I think, were a lot cheaper. I had a couple of
glasses of vino and they were only $ 2 each plus a generous
tip.
