well, as long as they don't give out "free" alcohol in casinos, it should all be good.....

Well, there is always a "case" and I am sure Caesars does not want a lawsuit dragged out in the press
That being said, the only duty of care owed to trespassers (except in the case of children and the "attractive nuisance" doctrine) is to not set up a shotgun or bear trap or something similar to injure the trespasser -- from what we know so far, suing Caesars here for wrongful death would likely go nowhere other than Caesars wanting it out of the press as soon as possible

I support AoS's future nomination to the Supreme Court. I mean, c'mon, he is obviously at least as qualified as BK. ( No, the Burger King is not qualified ).
