What's new in Vegas?

I'm going back to Vegas for the first time since 2014.
What is new that I should check out? I'm not interested in 1:1 Blackjack, 000 Roulette and crappy video poker.
I'm looking more for attractions, restaurants, and casinos, but I guess I'd be interested in good new gambling opportunities also.

The Mob Museum and Neon Museum are pretty awesome places to check out
Hell's Kitchen (Like the TV show) i was there a few weeks ago. It was very good

I hear good things about the barbecue place in the container lot downtown.
May want to check out TMobile Arena, and get some Golden Knights paraphernalia.

If you're downtown, pizza rock has great pizza. Nacho daddy's is pretty good, couscous has very good gyros. Flippin good burgers and chicken has the best chicken sandwich I've ever had it's called the dirty bird. I think it's called wanna taco and its outside of the 4 queens, they have very good tacos and quesadillas.

Guy Ferraris was awesome but they really paired down the breakfast menu so not worth the stop anymore.
If you are on a budget Blondies in PH Miracle Mile Shops have some 3.99 breakfast specials. It is actually a sports bar

The High Roller is kind of neat if you can get a free or discounted ticket somehow. I don't think it's worth full price, though, but that's just me.

If you know any CET employees, its free (but they have to go with you). Theres also groupon

I got two free tickets when I signed up for the Total Rewards Visa card. But you don't get the drink option with that way.... :(
