Nice try, not to be confused with a good try. I made a small, three line post that was easy to understand and he got it wrong 32 minutes later with the post right in front of him. What's your theory?
To answer your question. No insult.
Moderators, RS is calling for an insult. Can we get a ruling please?

I don't know. I am not getting any of Ahigh's images in my browser because they are being blocked from loading.Quote: petroglyphTeliot, is that the one with J. McCarthy?

I never said anything about you saying you wanted an apology; I said you don't deserve one.

Once again I agree. I never said that you said that I wanted an apology. I agree that I don't deserve one. No one has done anything or said anything to me that would even remotely make me think that I should get an apology. I can't, for the life of me, understand why you brought it up.
I hope you have a very happy Halloween. Too bad you don't live near EvenBob. You could join forces in yelling at the kids who may walk on your lawns tonight.

It's raining hard in EB's area. Unless they're dressed as scuba divers, I don't think many kids are out there.

I believe in repaying the candy I got when I was a kid. Plenty of candy I did get too, always the first out and last one in. Until the age of about 16 too. What a great advantage play that was!
Regarding the malicious Ahigh post, I removed it.

Good question. It had my name in it, but
the links were very strange, they had
nothing to do with anything. It's almost

Nah. Wasn't even as bad as the very next post asking of you had mental problems, which went past sass and into smarm (IMO). Y'all like to snipe, and you play the game, and you dance within the rules, and you keep it all in here. It does violate the gentlemen / decorum scripture, but... pick your battles, you know?
Edit: Oh, and thanks all for the compliments =) If you survive my coup, I will certainly have positions within my parliament for many of you =D
Double edit: Sorry for the delay on the possible virus. I was out threatening the neighbors with petty vandalism unless they handed over mass produced nuggets of high fructose dental bills. Thanks for looking out, teliot.

I finally found a post in here I can +1.
It's the first image if you google image search "evenbob" ->link removed by mod <- click that link hopefully that's not a virus -- then type in EvenBob that is the malicious content being discussed for reference.
That is the only thing special about it as it related to my post.
If the suggestion of looking up a name of a member of this forum leads to a malicious link, I'd be pointing the finger at the keyword (EvenBob), not the author (Ahigh) as being the one associated with being malicious.
Quote: AhighI hope nobody is saying what I posted was malicious, because it certainly was not intended to be.

Ahigh,
What possible reason can you give for any of these posts (the malicious link one I didn't see before Wizard deleted it or this "explanation") that isn't trolling EB? Even without the malware, it's an irrelevant and mocking non-contribution. And your response above, "hopefully not a virus"... don't you know what you're posting before you do it? I'm certainly not willing to click on it after the first link you posted today, and I don't care what it appears to say.
This is your one and only warning on this. Stop the trolling. Block EB and anybody else whom you don't want to read.

a post with my name in it had a virus
attached to it. I get it.

This might seen like piling on Ahigh, but it's not intended to be that way. Just wondering what President of a publicly traded company would act like this assuming they are not short the stock? I know penny stocks are not well regulated, but could you see the concerns that would be brought up at a shareholders meeting of a Fortune 500 company if this is how a CEO acted?
Sorry but picking fights online when you are clear with who you are is not very smart IMO for a companies public image, assuming they want a positive one.
But we all like watching trainwrecks and this seems to be headed for one.

Okay, confirmed TwoFeathersATL is the videographer. I'll be the saboteur.
The next peace summit must fail. We keep our daily fix of this drama.

I actually posted this (what you quoted) because I'm frustrated. I know Ahigh, I respect his programming abilities, his creativity, and his boldness in trying to bring something new to market. I'm cheering for him to succeed, whether with these particular products or with another product built from the concept. He's too intelligent and interesting to do this penny-ante stuff, and yet here it is again. Bah.

Of course it wasn't malicious on your part. Certain celebrities may be inclined to attract more malware than others and computer programs will err on the side of caution. I remember a certain WOV member's web site causing problems for some here.
EvenBob getting trolled? That's just precious. When I read that I thought I had overslept and missed winter. I checked the calendar to see if it was really November 1st and not April 1st.
The idea that posting a link to google images and include an image link to a jpg is "malicious" is absurd in my opinion.
Plain and simple. It's quite a leap that I would do that and hope to short my company stock. Truly remarkable leap.
All the evidence ANYONE would need that I am not welcome here as a public figure.
The link removed was images dot google dot com. But don't type that in, because, it is considered by admins to possibly be malicious. LOL. Seriously. LOL.
indeed! the important things are in the avatars.
Ahigh, Wizard stuff is a pro-gambling site for pro-gamblers; it's not a professional gambling site for professional gamblers. Some people claim to be mathematicians, and some claim to be gamblers; but nobody does definitely both here. Why is that? Because it's a hell of a lot easier to pick up some essentially unrelated degree, forget about the people who put you there, and thus, egs, in the name of "professional", AP cough, gambling expertise, nickel and dime sell casino stuff, or go into law to properly practise only for the rich. This site doesn't even warn people of the pitfalls of gambling; but does go on to call people who do, anti-gambling. Nay, angry problem gamblers (in the form of internet trolls) who have lost a bundle.Quote: Ahigh
If you don't fit in with the successful gambler image by way of dealer, game inventor, consultant, et al, then every even trivial thing you do from here on will be taken to task. I think Son of SOOPOO opened his account from my computer, but am not sure. There is nothing in the rules that requires a member to have his own computer or internet address.
Well there should be. You should have to send in a fax-back form to the The Wizzard for any 2nd account made from the same device, IP or general location.Quote: SOOPOOI think Son of SOOPOO opened his account from my computer, but am not sure. Whenever I read that one member has another blocked, I often wonder what their motivation is. I also wonder if they truly have the discipline to not peek after they have used the block option. What I wonder the most is why they feel the need to share with the entire forum the fact that they have blocked a person and to name the person. In my opinion it's petty and childish in most cases. I left the door open by saying in most cases in order to hear any legitimate reasons that I may not have considered. In my opinion, announcing to the entire forum that you have someone blocked and naming that person is tantamount to a personal insult. Some people really need to put on their big boy pants.
How about shills? Has anyone ever been on a forum and suspected that a member or members are just a little off? They seem to exist only to go after perceived targets without adding to the discussion. Whatever thread the target posts in, you can expect a hijack from these stooges. We all know the type. They post drivel and meaningless links for the sole purpose of insulting, berating and baiting those who may have a different opinion or, heaven forbid, an opinion at all.
Now the disclaimer. I'm not referring to any particular forum living or dead. I'm not referring to any person living or dead or brain dead for that matter. There are millions of forums on the internet and some may just have these people, with or without the knowledge of those in charge.

More reasons to respect the forward thinking of making you President of a publicly traded company. Posting links to sites that promote drug use is cutting edge, forward thinking that most successful CEO's are missing. Not sure how the market keeps setting records and Fortune 500 companies keep reporting record earnings with old school methods. To really set profit records all they have to do is find new talent like your company has and promote it on a gambling website full of cynics to show them what they don't understand.
No way this stock should be so low. Imagine when they make their first $.50. The stock will blow up and the few of us who saw the future will be laughing all the way to the bank.
Full disclosure...I do own stock in Ahigh's company. But I also owned stock in Boston Chicken.
