When playing this game and you are dealt 2 pair, one being jacks or better: do you hold both pair or just the high one? If you hold both you must hit a full house to win more that the 15 of 18 bet. If you hold the high pair you at least get the 15, but have a higher chance of getting trips or quads. Help please !!

hold the pair of jacks only or better only.

Depends on the paytable but you should usually always hold the two pair unless one of the pairs is aces.
