Can anybody tell me the current blackjack conditions of Las Vegas Hilton? I was in there during the first 2 weeks of April 2011 and there wasn't a shoe to be seen... all CSM's. When I questioned the absence of shoes to the dealer, I was told that management had done a recent review and decided to take the shoes away, along with the surrender option at all tables. The Blackjack Survey link on this website (dated April 9th 2011) states that there are 6 deck shoes inside the Las Vegas Hilton. Is there maybe a High Limit room inside the casino that I couldn't find? Just wondering if anyone knows the current state of play?

As far as I know they still do a hand shuffle in the high-limit room. I've never seen a high-limit room anywhere in Vegas using a CSM.

Not blackjack-related, but, FWIW, the baccarat room was still using shoes as of a few months ago. If they ever make me pass a CSM around the table I'm gonna quit playing there.
