Help with Data Analysis

I have been struggling trying to analyze raw data from an online crash game called Aviator by Spribe. I have been able to collect over 5300 unique "spins".

Is there a program/app that can scan the data for strings of numbers that are consecutive, below a certain threshold?

Example: Produce output how many times in the sample that numbers less than 3 occur in a row.

I don't have any experience with Excel but willing to try to learn if that's what it takes.
