How do you display 2 or more quotes to respond to?

OK now that I have it set up, I click "quote" under your post to get to this point. Then I use the info from the "Click here for formatting codes" page to copy and paste info from my previous post. Like this:

Is that what you meant? Nested quotes are a little more complex, and it seems that folks have been making mistakes with that lately.

You can also just type in [ q = source ] blah blah [ / q ]
(skip the spaces) and quote from anything. For example:
Quote: Today's New York Times

The ...


(I assume today's NYTimes used the word "The" at the beginning of a sentence.)
