If this is truly blackjack how can you have a setting that says rtp variation.

How can you bet $621 and only win $600?
Looks like a machine that should advertise itself as "up to 95% payback", or there's a 3.33% vig on each hand bet.

Because the rules of the game decide the RTP, assuming Optimal Strategy on the part of the player. Did the rules of that particular Blackjack game result in that percentage?

I assure you the rules of the game do not make the return 95 percent. They are split das surrender 3-2 and hit any 17. Split aces draw one card. Double any 2 cards

I have generously been provided information that the RTP assumes certain amounts being bet on the side bets relative to the main bet. Personally, I think it's unlikely that someone would bet that amount on all side bets relative to main bet, but I guess one has to assume something.
