Hi, I want to learn to play Baccarat and is there any systems out there actually help improve your chances of winning?

Hi, Welcome to the forum. You've come to the right place.
You can improve your chances of winning, but that's boring and you'd still be losing, just not as badly or as quickly as you might.
Yes there are some dead easy systems that can pretty much guarantee that you will leave the casino with a profit 99 times out of 100 on average.
That's the good news. You don't want to know what happens on the other 1 time in 100.
So... Sadly no. There is no system that beats the relentless Baccarat house advantage.
None.
None at all.
Oh well, maybe if you can get the casino to offer some nice comps or some beatable promotion.
Other than that: sorry.
We might be able to put you in contact with some shysters and con-men who will tell you otherwise, but mostly they get banned from here.
Now, if you want to learn to play and beat Blackjack, then we can maybe be of real assistance. That can be whupped.
Also, if you are already magnificently rich, google 'phil ivey edge sorting'. He figured a way to take down casinos that used defective cards. I believe his lawyers made a fortune from his 'offense' and the casinos are still chuckling.

Why didn't he come home with $25,000 if it is assumed to be worth $25,000. Hi, theresa, and welcome to the forum.
I Googled your chip. It had quite a few similar questions, using that serial number. It is probably a poker chip from a set like this:

Take a look at the picture. It appears to be the same type chip you describe. With the same serial number.
The chip is worth nothing if so. It isn't something a casino would use, it's from a home poker chip set or is a promotional item he got somewhere.
It's barely possible it represents money in some high-stakes private game, but if so, probably needed to be redeemed before leaving the game.
Certainly your boyfriend would be the best source of information on this.
