So many questions like how did they magically film this ticket or the clearly behind the counter camera view

I think he ALWAYS films his lottery scratching. He already knew before going to the store it was a winner and that part was probably prearranged.

I'm sure if your willing to invest a significant amount of money buying tickets with the intentions of writing a book or getting payed for views you could possibly make money.

You don't have to scratch the ticket to find out if you have a winner, just the bar code area, then just scan the code in the terminal and it will let you know if it is a winner, so no need to video the losing tickets.

Can it be scanned before purchase or does the information only became available after purchase?

before when people were making side bets here and guessing the amounts I was skeptical. NOT ABOUT THAT SITUATION BUT JUST IN GENERAL. I just thought to myself I wouldn't want to bet on something like this.

The code is covered with the same scratch off material as the game part that the customer scratches off. So if you purchase a ticket and see any part of that code area scratched already, you shouldnt accept the ticket, as someone most likely already scanned it and found it to be a loser.

I wonder if it is possible for a gas station employee to do a small scratch to reveal the Barcode but then use the scratch material to fill it back in.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed. I AM NOT PART OF GWAE RADIO SHOW

There are printed designs on the surface of the scratch off material, so it would be very difficult, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone hasn't tried it.
