I've just finished memorizing basic strategy and ill 18/fab 4 but I have a few questions about betting and stats. Unfortunately I'm not confident enough with the math to figure this stuff out on my own so maybe someone smarter can enlighten me.

1. Is it possible to just play out a cold deck, sitting at one table all night, or is wonging in/out necessary at some point?

2. Is a steeper betting ramp always more profitable with any betting spread?

3. Does camouflage betting always take away from potential profits or is there a suitable betting strategy for negative counts?

Ideally I'd like to find a way to play with minimal wonging, using camouflage betting to go relatively unnoticed while betting at least an 8:1 spread. Pipe dream?

After a quick search, it looks like 6 deck h17 games are pretty popular for $10 min games

If you have a large enough bankroll, you can play through the unfavorable periods. It is not generally profitable to do so.

When you have the advantage, bet more, win more. Do not overbet your bankroll. Overbetting your bankroll loses you money.

Not betting optimally decreases profits.

Respectfully, I don't think you're "ready".
May the cards fall in your favor.

1) Unless you're playing heads up. you should wong out. Go the restroom, get a drink, or go to a different table with less players.

2) Yes, a steeper ramp is better so long as you are not overbetting.

3) Camouflage is not necessary if you are playing low stakes. The best strategy for negative counts is to not bet. The second best is the minimum. Low stakes players confining themselves to something around an 8:1 spread cannot afford camo. It is a waste of money, generally, because most casinos will either not notice or not care unless you are a regular who camps there. If you are a regular who camps, betting camo won't help. Only losing will.
