You need a specific type of hand for dice to stay on the axis. If plastic surgery could cost you 100k to reconstruct your thumb and fingers would you do it? Even with the ideal shot, your earnings are limited, I don't think you can return your money. Problem with craps and BJ is the fact that you expose your intentions and getting banned becomes an issue. Hell, no, I wouldn't want to make my living at the craps tables. Most casinos are vile places, and craps dealers and boxpeople are bitter, sarcastic malcontents (besides PaiGowDan).

I'd rather work in an ice-cream store.
