For #1
So, 3 possible outcomes if I understand your description.
lose 1 unit bet, no pair
or
win 5X 1 unit bet, either a pair
or
win 25X 1 unit bet, both a pair

Both #2 and #3 are vulnerable to a count of 8's and 9's, as these cards are most significant in determining whether the hand ends with 4 cards. I'd guess it's pretty bad.

thank you so much

I have little correction on question #1. win on pair either player or banker the payout is 5 : 1.
sorry i did not explain properly and clearly

lose 1 unit bet, no pair
or
win 5X 1 unit bet, either a pair
or
win 5X 1 + 2X unit bet, both a pair
meaning if pair on player and banker at the same time pay 5 : 1 just multiply by 2 because both side pair wins

thanks again

I have another question on Dragon Tiger

Big/Small

The player may bet whether a particular card will be over or under seven. If the chosen card is exactly seven, then the wager will lose. Wins pay even money. The following table shows a house edge of 7.69%.

what if lose just take half of the losing bet, what is the house edge return value

thanks

Yikes, I hope you are not seriously considering offering Big/Small in a shoe-dealt game.

The normal edge is just -1/13 as you can see
losing half would be -1/26 or 3.846%

and
For the Pair for both where a win pays 10 to 1
edge: 11.1%
st dev: 2.20

I'm no expert, but the easiest way is to use a massive spreadsheet with every combination of cards. Use only one line for those that use 4 cards and use 100 lines where any cards are drawn (it makes it easier to program). First create the entries for all four-card (whether they hit or not) combinations. Use this info in a separate sheet to work through each "Hand No" and either have one line or 100 lines (cards taken are 0-9, 0-9) and ignore the card value if you didn't want them. This is done by keeping track of the "Hand No" and "Perm No" the line is for and using OFFSET - a common trick of spreadsheets. (I suspect there's a shorter method, but for this example it's not worth worrying about).

There's a bet in the UK http://www.ukcasinotablegames.info/baccaratpairs.html that selected party gets a pair, but it's based on the first two cards only. There's a similar one http://www.ukcasinotablegames.info/puntohousemoneybaccarat.html where you can, if you wish, then put your money on the Banker or Player. I got the chance of a pair (either side) about 13.82% and two pair 0.56%. Some choices, like 4-4 v 2-2, are easy!
