I'm more worried about what Axel was up to just prior to this happening.
For those that don't know, I believe Axel has mentioned he's left a bar/casino/store a few minutes before it was robbed on at least 2 maybe 3 occasions.

I was told (what I'll call a rumor at this time) by somebody who was told by somebody in Bellagio security that the shooting suspect was one of the three burglars from the Rolex store in Bellagio earlier in the morning. Supposedly, police found him at the bus stop, he opened fire and then went on the bus. However, this story contradicts police statements in news reports. I think it's unlikely that a burglar would be at the bus stop in front of the casino several hours later.

Beats the hell out of walking into a bar while it's being robbed.
