I have a total of zero blocked. It's still quite leisurely for me, most of the time. About 10 seconds, just now. (About 4 seconds if I log out (via "incognito"), to compare network lag.)
I don't consider it "unusably slow", but I do consider it to be slower than some other sites.

Not 5 minutes, but painfully slow.
Today much quicker,

Definitely better than yesterday.
And for the record, the slowness is only in returning to or refreshing the "recent threads" page. Everything else on my phone, including other sites, works just fine. The slowness was also on the old format as well, so it's not the new format.

I tested it on my iPhone. Problems. The small, single line fields can't be edited. Multi line fields and drop downs worked fine (although I wish there was more lines to the multi line fields).

So far, Dodsferd has the best, not that it's indicative of the poster, just if you got to take up space with something as silly as an Avatar, particularly one so small I can't see what it is (can't tell squat about, about half at least, of those picked so far,....... Please fix the preview option. There is a bug in the option.
The preview option does not work properly on PM or on a brand new thread, especially when I embed with a photo or a Youtube-video.
It's spooky. The preview-option works perfectly on existing thread such as this one, but not on a brand new thread or in a PM.
For example, I attempted to embed a photo in my PM. I wanted to preview my PM first, but the embedded photo didn't show up.
For another example, I attempted to embed a Youtube-video on one of my new thread,

but the video failed to show up on the preview. Fortunately the video does show up in the actual thread eventhough the preview option contains a bug.

I have a different "preview option" issue: The alleged preview does not necessarily look the same as the final post will look -- sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I first became aware of this when trying to fix some formatting issues in the Post#1 index of the Casino Chip of the Day thread. If anyone is interested in how the formatting of their post looks, they need to be able to preview it (accurately) while composing/editing it. I'm not at all sure why the preview post should appear differently from the final post.

I have no intention of having any nudity or anything of the sort, though my preference for any sort of avatar is typically what I am using now. If it goes against any sort of policy or causes offense, I will simply remove it.
That being said, I have limitless avatars to choose from, so if it's not an issue, it'll change frequently.

I found that I had to enter my password in the top field(s) of the profile page before updating the profile with any information. It seems to have varied levels of verification for that now. I've had iterations where no password was required, iterations where I had to enter in my password in one field, and again with two fields.

Welcome to Seattle! You just happen to be coming for some of the hottest weather we have historically ever had. :/ Sounds like you'll be staying cool in the lake but the sun will feel pretty brutal. Seafair is going on this weekend, too, and the Blue Angels are in town for that (US Navy's fancy jet fighter squad for demonstration and performances). It's pretty exciting for most of the residents here and could be something pretty cool for you to see being from Europe. :)
