i made it through 5 min of the first and skimmed the rest but it was interesting enough for me to try to post it haha

I had to watch to see if they covered the 10 coin fill test, mostly used to see if a machine was overpaying. And sure enough, they did. In the video, they recommend you do the 10 coin test multiple times to ensure accuracy. Most floor people only did it only once while they were checking. A machine may not overpay on that 10 coin test, so they would oftentimes miss it.
