Hmmm...

I always hear folks say it makes no sense for casinos to cheat people. First, they already have the goose that lays golden eggs day after day. And, second, they have so much at risk if they cheat and get caught.

So, why would they try to cheat their own employees? I dunno. But here's the link to the story:

And, if they would try to cheat folks on their "team," why wouldn't they do the same to me?

I think you messed your link up... you have link=URL instead of the URL.

This should work
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

If they're smart, they'll pay now. Both Walmart and H&R Block have lost big on very similar points of law in the last 10 years.

The indefensible part is trying to have their cake and eat it, too. Either their people are salaried (ft) or they're wages. Very different rules. Can't cherry - pick to save money. Guessing this might involve some dual-rate twist being misapplied.

Be interesting to watch. Maybe Vegas locals can post follow-on report links as they happen?
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I would think it might be better to accept it and include it in the bankruptcy if allowable.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I was a general manager for Aarons sales and lease. We had a class action for someone similar. Us people in PA were screwed because in the 11th hour and part of the settlement they excluded us because part of our new hire paperwork had a page that said we were not allowed to sue for any reason. Hopefully none of them have that provision. Apparently there are only a few states that even allow that in a contract.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed. I AM NOT PART OF GWAE RADIO SHOW

Yeah this sounds pretty damning. What is management going to say? Anything other than refuting the facts will fall short.
Its - Possessive; It's - "It is" / "It has"; There - Location; Their - Possessive; They're - "They are"
