Diamond Players Make Sure You Aren't Paying Resort Fees

Yeah, they suck at that. You have to audit your checkout at all their properties, though they're very good about removing it once you point it out.

I can't help but think it's on purpose. They try to coax you in to just dropping your key in a deposit to check out.

my reservations for ballys vegas doesn't show resort fees.

As long as you are losing big, I'm specifically picking on CET properties and Native affiliates, the attitude seems to be " no charges Feathers, come back soon ". It's been a long time since i have played there (never stayed there)They have had a few goodies over the years. Soon after I first started playing they had $50 bonus coupons on 4 of a kinds. IIRC you could collect an entire set. Once you hit one and used the coupon they replaced it with a new one. I just got hit by this 3times in the past 4 weeks.
it's not the resort fee.
it's the stand alone $14 internet fee if, somehow, u had the option of not paying the resort fee.
it doesn't show up in the final bill and reward credits are automatically deducted. :(
first 2 was last month at vegas and didn't notice it till I saw my monthly Total Rewards statement.
3rd one was this weekend at harrahs.
talked to harrahs front desk and they removed it.
and just got off the phone w/rio. since it's been over a week, the front desk cant do it.
I have to talk to billing, which is only open m-f. :(
