7 Stars vs Hard Rock Multi Platinum

I am currently at Harrahs Lake Tahoe; my regular spot in Northern Nevada. I visited the new Hard Rock Casino across the street last night and had a good conversation with the floor supervisor. He was gracious as he gave me a new Multi Platinum Tier level card for being a 7 Star level with Caesars.
Question; how many of you out there are familiar with the Multi Platinum level and how do the benefits and such compare with Seven Star?
I see that they have an annual premium gift but they don't show an annual trip.

Hard Rock is wack. Their cashback is only 0.025% for good video poker. (Oh, how generous). It used to be a pretty good place to play for comps and cashback with moderate action. But they consistently downgrade their games.
Their players club is one of the worst. On the HRH Las Vegas site, there is absolutely no difference between Platinum and Multi-Platinum benefits:
