They need a miracle to stay out of Bankruptcy, yet keep spending money and finding banks to loan it to them.

Not sure why this stock stays at these levels.

Here's a short article about some of the details. I don't know how the stock stays at current levels either. Maybe a short squeeze?

They did exactly the same thing last year when they re-packaged Planet Hollywood and the WSOP brand.....

They keep rearranging the deck chairs on this Titanic as is slowly sinks into oblivion.

Their stock is up 50% on the year though. So long as the management knows they can cash out before the ice berg hits they just need to keep restructuring to make people think they know what they are doing.

Does anyone understand their finance structure? As I understand it only a small portion of the company was sold as stock. Do they even file reports with the SEC?

It's really oddly structured. I'm not sure I'd say that I understand it. But, they must file reports with the SEC. Their reports are available on Edgar, but I haven't looked through them in a few years.

It was too bad it only moved from one company to it's subsidiary. I would love more independently owned casinos. Maybe more guys like Derek Stevens can buy CET properties and create more competition. Of course I just want more casinos to run more promotions.....
