I'm Sapphire level at bconnected and they send me mailers/e-mails for free nights. I've already set up a couple of stays for this summer (July/August). I'm also going on an upcoming weekend, but I wanted to play more at other casinos while I was there. I was wondering if you guys have ever heard of a casino cancelling someone's already-reserved rooms for not playing enough during their stay?

I notice that on their room offers that they have all in caps "ALL COMPLIMENTARY OFFERS ARE BASED ON GAMING ACTIVITY ON YOUR B CONNECTED ACCOUNT. OFFERS MAY BE ADJUSTED, REMOVED OR CANCELLED IF ACTIVITY LEVEL IS NOT MAINTAINED."

So if I don't play too much during my upcoming stay, do you guys think there's a good chance my July/August bookings will be cancelled?

Thanks!

You made me go back and check my BConnected account. I used to be Emerald. Now I'm back to Ruby. I have two nights at the Fremont plus $10 in Dining Credit though. Orange Chicken combo at Lanai Express, here I come!

If you don't play on a visit, there's three ways I can expect it to go:

1. Nothing changes, you keep getting the same types of offers you have been getting.
2. Your future offers are decreased, since your average value per visit has decreased. (This is what I expect.)
3. In an overwhelming show of good hospitality, they retroactively revoke the comp that they offered you, and expect you to pay for it under threat of being evicted in the middle of the night.

I also don't expect them to suddenly increase the offers they send you, because you played less than they thought you might.

They gave you a room, you might want to give them some theo, just because. Or not. Someone with a better understanding of their system than I could comment on whether a hotel stay counts as a gaming day or not for ADT purposes.
May the cards fall in your favor.
