I don't know why this has never come up before, but another game that should be in every vulture's bag of tricks is Super Hot Roll Poker. This is the same as Hot Roll Poker, except multipliers are earned on both the current hand and the next one. Much like Ultimate X, if the last player left a multiplier for the next game, vulture it!

Here is an example of what an abandoned multiplier would look like. Note the 11x "next" multiplier on the bottom hand.

I would hazard to say that any abandoned multiplier, even just one 2x on one play, is good enough to vulture. Please note this game is only offered in triple-play (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

The question for the poll is do you/would you vulture Super Hot Roll? Multiple votes allowed.

Why not?

Wen to casino today. Probably the most Ultimate X multipliers left that I have ever had. Ran TERRIBLY and still won $22. If I can add another game maybe I can bump that to $25!

Is it possible to play off the multipliers at 5 coins/hand, or are 10 coins/hand required?

(I'll play it when I see it, at whatever wager level is necessary. I haven't seen it out here... yet.)
May the cards fall in your favor.

No. Ten per hand are required.

I just ran simulations to determine how many multipliers you need to vulture Super Hot Roll. After hundreds of lines of computer code and many hours of my own time, here is my advice:

3-play: Play with 6x multipliers or more.
5-play: Play with 9x multipliers or more.
10-play: Play with 16x multipliers or more.

I share the same advice in my new page on Super Hot Roll Poker.

This is good stuff, people, which is why it will probably get little response.

Notes to myself:

At 3-play, average actual multiplier with 5 abandoned is 2.0146.
At 5-play, average actual multiplier with 8 abandoned is 2.0176.
At 10-play, average actual multiplier with 16 abandoned is 2.0692.
