I saw this game recently it’s similar to Hot roll but according to the menu the hot roll comes out once every 4.99 versus once every 6 in hot roll.
Has anyone seen the house edge for this version?

I have not heard of the game, but I can offer a guess. The regular Hot Roll game offers the same EV as the base game. You can tell that by looking at the average multiplier: 1/6 x 7 + 5/6 x 1 = 2. The game requires twice the payout for twice the coin-in, 10 coins per hand.
Looking at the numbers you provided, the Super Hot Roll game would have an average multiplier of 1/4.99 x 7 + 3.99/4.99 x 1 = 2.20240481. You did not provide what the price of the new game was, but I might guess that it requires 11 coins per hand. If it does, you get slightly more than 2.2 times the payout for 2.2 times the coin-in. So, if the coin-in is indeed 11 coins per hand, this game would have an EV that is the base game's EV multiplied by 1.001093095.
So, to get the return, you can add 0.105% to a 96% game, 0.106% to a 97% game, 0.107% to a 98% game, 0.108% to a 99% game, and 0.109% to an even game.

I googled it, and there's a promo for it by IGT on YouTube. It does not apply the same multiplier to each hand, so it doesn't work the same way. It seems to work very much like double super times pay. I couldn't quite figure it out. It is also a 10 coin game.

The difference on the super hot roll version is if the hot roll comes on the deal you get it on all the hands you are playing and also you get it again on the next roll for the same multiplier. If the hot roll comes on the draw you can get it on from one up to all the number of hands you are playing and then again on the next roll.
So what I don’t know is if they are counting that in the 4.99 figure.
Hoping the Wizard can get more info from IGT.
