they seem to be all over vegas area and had great success playing them,

As near as I can tell, VPFree2 (https://www.vpfree2.com/) doesn't list any in Atlantic City.
I have no idea about most online casinos anymore but I seriously doubt any would offer it.

You're about 15 years too late as far as online goes. And regarding them "being all over Vegas," not really, not any more. I recommend just forgetting about it. Find a new "favorite game".

There was fpdw online, a decade or more ago. I doubt if anyone ran software all day. Even if they could, an online casino is going to notice that. Considering the nature of MANY online casinos, (outside the United States), using software like that would set up a scenario where they would let you lose if you lose, and not pay if you win. Even the reputable places. You just ain't going to beat them like that. It doesn't matter now anyway. Maybe in a future lifetime.
