I had a lucky vp machine once.
6 months of playing it a few hundred dollars coin-in every week, and I never lost $ (but included freeplay). then they downgraded it and I never went back to it.
(yeah, i know.. it was probably a combination of dumb luck, short sessions and freeplay that kept me afloat.)
anyway, found another lucky vp machine.
played it twice (at same denom), and got 3 w2-g's out of it in short sessions.
going to test to see if it's just that denom by going back and playing at a higher denom because it's a Rewards multiplier day.
I don't want to sit there for 16hrs to reach 5000 tier credits to maximize the multiplier.
bringing a bankroll of $10k.
yeah, I know. if it's printing $$$ for me at that denom, then why risk it?
maybe I should just stick to the tried and true?
I know.. i'll do a combination.
if I lose half my bankroll at the higher denom, then I know its not lucky and will switch back to the lucky denom.
yeah, that sounds like a good plan.
Note: This post is in jest. Gambler's fallacy and all...
but I am going to play the higher denom to shorten the time needed on the machine to maximize my Multiplier.
and if I lose 1/2 my bankroll then go down to the lower denom not because it's lucky but because I'll feel better playing it.

why do you say that?
ev is around -$400 +/- $9k.
with $10k, I have a ~70% chance of not going broke
should I bring 1.5x sd, which is 9k x 1.5 = $13.5k = 87% chance of not going broke?
