The multiline is a bit harder to compute.
I have played large amounts of three different UX Ten Play games --- 9/6 DDB, 15-9-5 DW, 8-6 BPD. It "feels" to me that the variance of the games are between two and three times the base game Ten Play variances.
A good number would be better, but I don't have one. I'm comfortable with my "feel" until better numbers are published by JB or someone else.
"lower" options worth giving a second look: the UX machine described above and a 98.45% spin poker. But to generate 7 hotel days and two invitational tournaments with $6-7 thousand coin-in for one day of play...could it be worth the risk? Or would it be better to hog all the comps for the month and look elsewhere? Not Slytherin house not Slytherin house please not Slytherin house. Sorting hat: Not Slytherin house, eh? I'll give it a good think. Thanks again!
UX is the devil i tell ya

I don't call it UX... I call it ... Two For One... that's what it really should be called!
IOW: It's da best.
"Win $1.2 million dollars on this machine!"
no fine print saying must be a dealt royal with a 12x multiplier
:(

Doesn't need to be a dealt royal, noob. :)
When/if someone does hit it, I know what the article about it is going to say: "Man wins $1.2 million with a single $5 bet!"

Oh yeah Vulture McVultureton of Las Vegas hit for $1.2 mil on a royal. He "rarely" plays the game!
Quote: AxelWolfLet's not forget, very few people are playing UX optimally.

And if someone hits it, that will be the end of UX in CZR casinos. Doesn't matter if they bring in 100x that, only that someone hit it will matter to the Bean Counters.

Probably should. Odds of pulling it off is about 1 in 451 million.

Standard strategy (which a lot more people are close to) gets within about 0.6% though.

Not sure if CZR is that stupid, but they can be pretty stupid. It might be the end of the game at the $5 level though for them. The only places I've seen the game that high outside of Vegas is Harrah's Joliet and Horseshoe Hammond.
And someone hit the "unicorn" at Double Super Times Pay for $800,000 at Horseshoe Hammond in Sept. 2015. The game is still there. And hitting that is a paltry 1 in 9.74 million odds. Any dealt royal with a deal multiplier automatically gives you a 20X royal.
Quote: jsmAnyone? Offers are getting decent, but the risk factor may be too high for me. At the very least: As a 5-play, is this game more or less volatile than 2 x (17.5 + 5 x 2) = 55?
I just ran a simulation of 1 billion hands using a single strategy that returned 99.37%. The variance was 95.
At Jackson Casino (Sacramento, CA), lady hit $200,000 on 5x0.50 (highest denom on machine) - maybe March 2014.Quote: tringlomaneAnd someone hit the "unicorn" at Double Super Times Pay for $800,000 at Horseshoe Hammond in Sept. 2015. I arrived at Jackson a few hours after she hit, and was playing the machine next to the one she played. The guy playing her machine told me about it, and heard about it a lot for the next few months.
One of my friends likes Double Super because a dealt royal automatically gives you 10X for deal & 10X for draw.

In 2010 Las Vegas, a friend almost vultured a $1.2 million UX hand. Found all 12Xs on 5x$5 (the highest denom at the time), dealt 4 cards to royal. Didn't even get a pair. Lost -$125.
With 5-play $10 (on UX & UX Bonus Streak), now possible to get $2.4 million on one hand.
On standard 3x$100, a dealt royal is $1.2 million. Happened at Bellagio Nov 2009 (TDB). Does anyone know if it's happened anywhere else?

Thank you for running a simulation! It looks like those machines are a little too exciting for me, then.
