I think this is what you're asking for, anyway...from the wizard's video poker calculator

I put in the values from the picture.

That's a 91% return machine. Meaning a 9% house edge. If possible, STAY AWAY!

Pretty rough, but probably not unexpected in a state that doesn't even have a lottery.

Or any legal gambling whatsoever. You know the game you're playing is illegal, right?

I assume they are rigged and it doesn't matter what you play.

Why do you feel the need to play them? Do feel you have an advantage of some kind? If not I suggest finding a trustworthy online site(probably far better odds). Hawaii might be tough to find a US site that accepts Hawaiian players.

That's interesting I've never heard of machines in Hawaii, only cockfighting. Closest I've seen to gambling when living there were poker games here and there but they weren't too big.

I lived there from 2011 to 2013. On the Big Island, they had (illegal) cockfighting, pit bull fighting, and illicit poker games that I know of. Nobody, even the private clubs that had that other stuff, had machines or house-dealt games. But I guess it could have been there. However, Hawaii is far and away the most thorough and particular state about inspecting and banning anything illegal. So it would be pretty tough to get any gambling machines into the state without their cooperation.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I have one of these machines of that exact era. Does the "Black Gold 21" pay 3-2 on blackjack? If so, that is the game you should be playing. Some pay substantially overpay on blackjack and only pay +150 on other wins. Don't play that if that is the case.

Keep in mind that there are aftermarket chips for these machines that can make them play like pull tabs. In the end, I don't suppose that really matters.

That Shamrock paytable is awful, but it is probably among the better games on it if you gave that table posted earlier.

Probably $1.50 for the tie and $5 for blackjack. The $5 payout is the worst on there. Its edge is at least 8% iirc. There is a 3-2 blackjack game in the settings with S17 D9-11 and hit split aces.

They don't leave the manufacturer rigged. There were aftermarket boards for that version floating around AL, GA, SC and NC last decade that would lower the variance of the owner of the machines by making the games play more like pull tabs. I imagine this is why the games aren't in any casinos regulated by a state gaming commission. I've seen a few on tribal land before.

The one in my house has a real board in it and it is the exact version you have. I will turn the device on and show you the theo payouts if you post the payouts. There are multiple paytables for each game. It looks like yours is set on the lowest payouts across the board.

I'll use the definition "best of the worst games".

I need to know what payouts you have on the game though. How many coins for the progressive and the percent that goes towards the meter would also be helpful, if applicable. You can set the progressives to be on 4+ coins and up to 10% can go towards the meter as long as the game doesn't go over 98.5%.

I know this is an old thread but somehow I just found it, linked from 2+2. I saw this and my hair stood up. Anyone involved in either "sport", especially dog fighting, really should spend the rest of their life in prison. With a cellmate named Tiny. And if that doesn't stop it, then the gas chamber would be suitable. That's my 2-cents, I don't know why I even had to add it. But how can a civilized government not crack down and completely eliminate something like dog fighting?
'Emergencies' have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have been eroded.
