Is this a new game or an old game? Has anyone ever seen it in a casino?

Very old game, and probably unlikely to be found these days. They used to have it at Foxwoods several years ago.

Playing all 10 hands is compulsory. You're dealt 10 cards and choose 3 of them to discard. Then the game randomly deals 5 of the remaining 7 cards to each of the 10 hands, which are then scored and paid according to the paytable (there were multiple variants like Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, DDB, etc). However, anytime no win is possible with the 10-card hand, your bet is refunded. There's also a consolation for a near-miss royal, which I think is awarded when the 7 cards contain a royal but none of the 5-card hands end up with one.
