jacks or better simple strategy

four days ago i have just registered at 32red (microgaming) and i deposit 200€ for playing videopoker jacks or better with the simple strategy which should make me have a return of 99.54%. i have checked the strategy list every time before draw but unfortunately i have lost all 200€ ??? im wondering what i did wrong? the stake was 1.25€ each hand.

With a 200 bankroll and 1.25 a hand and playing a 99.54 machine with perfect strategy, yea the odds are you will probably lose the 200 before hitting a royal. You did nothing wrong, you simply gambled and lost.
200 is a small stake to expect a 99.54 per cent return.
I was in Biloxi last year and playing JOB , went through about 300 before hitting the royal for 1000 so now I'm up 700.
I got to Vegas, spend 705 and never hit the royal.
In the end I'm down 5 bucks, which is about right playing a 99.54 machine.

It's gonna take you a million hands (probably more) before the amount averages out to losing 0.46% of your bet each time. Anything can happen in a small sample size. If you're not playing with an edge you'll lose it all eventually, so your bankroll has to be infinity to play forever.

Didn't you get a bonus or something ? If you're going to deposit money online at least find a new place with a %100 buy in bonus.

I didnt take the bonus since i know that you have to meet the requirements first to withdrawl money. im wondering whats the difference actually playing video poker or slot. i just noticed that i had several more small 1 stake winnings on video poker but i guess if i had played that money on iron man 2 slot where i usually play i had more benefit. especially because there is no big jackpots for videopoker online. i thought playing video poker makes me have small winnings or in worse case just a less loss compared to other games.

Many video poker games are less swingy than slot machines. In jacks or better, pushes (Jacks or Better), and 1 unit wins (2 pair) are frequent results.

So if there's no bonus then you're playing to lose the money, slowly. I don't know the EV of bonuses but they do have steep requirements (playing through the deposit a couple of times) so you might wanna check, then calculate to see if it's worth it.
