Ok, I really dont remember any details about saturday. Decided to take notes Sunday after quizzing my wife, who couldnt remember either.
Sunday-was playing the megahand or megabucks (memory again) at Excal. Had to go back to room to get smokes, so wife played and hit that major bucks for 500. i had played my voucher from 140 up to 200. Wife was tickled pink, and wouldnt play till I came back to see it. She didnt cash that thing in until right before we left.
BJ at MGM we won 250 10min hs17 tables. Played the Lions Share slot machine we had read about on the net. Lot of other people coming by looking for it. It seems it has become an attraction. One hit for $15 but played it out. Sex and the City slots dont seem to hit the bonus features as much as they used to. Negative 150 for slots there.
Back to Excal negative 300 on BJ with the glum dealers. Saw Tournament of Kings. Almost forgot, more BJ at Excal before show +100. Oh yeah, Saturday we saw Criss Angel Believe. Shows were ok. Defending The Caveman a few years ago was better.Back to MGM +400 on BJ. +300 on craps, pass line w/odds mainly.
Monday negative 80 on BJ after 2hr session at MGM. Took Deuce downtown. Bus stayed full, really slow. Golden Nugget +275 on BJ. Golden Gate, shrimp cocktail and craps 5min 10x won 325. Crazy drunk guy with a wad of cash that would choke a horse, driving dealers crazy with bets all over the place then arguing with them. Plaza negative 130 on slots. 4 Queens +62 VP. Was waiting in line for the Prime Rib at Magnolias, let wife keep our spot and put a hundred in VP JorB, drew 2 10s to make quad, max bet, after being down 60 or so.
Downtown experience was great. The casinos are all looking updated. Plaza was very impressive since last time I was there. Lot of people, lot of gaming action going on. The casinos were playing some good music with a good beat to it. People were having fun. MGM and Excal music really sucked. Luxors was ok. The light show was great. Downtown is alive and well.
Back to MGM. It kinda goes south on us here. negative 335 playing BJ. Negative 365 on craps. Wife wisely goes to bed. I head to the Luxor to make our money back, yeah right! negative 300 on BJ. Was betting 50 when i spit 7s respit and doubled on one of em.I think dealer may had a 7 showing. i pulled another hundred out to cover all this. House had 20 I had something less on all hands. Played 1 more hand with red chips lost and tipped the guy my last red. Back to Excal. Won 125 on the craps there. 5min 3,4,5 odds. They changed the min to 10 while i was playing, but wouldnt grandfather us in, is that the norm? 6am bed.
Tuesday, craps for couple of hours, break even for the session by switching to the dont come after a shooter hits a point or 2. Wife drops 50. Time to go catch cab to airport. Have some black chips in my pocket so throw one down on BJ table, wife follows suit with 2 greens. I get A-9, wife 10-9. But the house has an Ace, offers insurance, we dont take it. He flips over a KING :/

Yeah, I'd read about it and gave it a lot of action, with predictable results.
