Yeah, that's the bankruptcy format for entities that intend to continue to operate. Ch7 is the one for liquidation.

Thanks, my memory is poor. I thought there was maybe a 10% chance it was the Rampart, but I took a gamble rather than hedging and saying it was either Suncoast or the Rampart.
