On your Mississippi stud table of expected value for initial starting hands,it lists for J2,Q2,K2,and A2 as -901429.
How can the A2 value be the same as the other 3 hands since the A2 could make a straight.
Is this a typo?
Thanks

notice that is also the expected EV for many other starting hands as well.
j3, q3, k3, a3, j4, q4, k4, a4, j5, q5, k5, a5
the EV changes once you reach the next level of strength at j6.
i don't think i am answering your question,
but the straight possibility exists with those a-x hands as well.

It looks like if the player were to get an A2345 straight he would have had something like A23 after three cards, which merits folding. So that straight possibility doesn't help if you fold before you get it. You'll notice the EV is higher for a 3X raise for A2 than K2. That is because if the player incorrectly made a raise he would not fold after 3 cards, because he has more vested in the game.
