How would the odds for triple zero roulette change if 0 was red, 00 was black and 000 was green? I haven't seen this anywhere. Just wondering.

The house edge on red or black would be lower than single zero roulette:

Single zero: 17/37 - 16/37 = 1/37 = 2.70%

Triple zero modified: 18/39 - 17/39 = 1/39 = 2.56%
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.
