Face up paigow poker game.
Dealer not pushing bets when dealer has Ace high paigow. Instead paying all players - even if player has lower paigow.
Player advantage I’m assuming but how much?

Of course you don’t need to expose where the free candy store is, but is it one specific dealer, all the time? And no even remotely competent pit boss noticing?
I’ll go 7% player edge. (Guess).
