Im curious to know how people have fared on lets say their past 10 trips at the casinos. Would you say that you were up 33% of your bank for the trip at any given point on 7 out of the 10 trips? Regardless of what your final outcome was at the end of the trip, it is just a yes of no answer.

If I made that much even once out of 100 trips, it would mean my "bank" is way too low

Why would your bank amount differ from one way to the other. Everything is relative to percentage change. Unless you are saying that you have less care or worry when playing with a small bank?

Winning $33 with only $100 in the bank is far different than winning $33,000 with $100,000 and even more different than $330,000 with $1,000,000.

In the first example it means hitting a wild royal on a 25-cent machine deuces wild machine. That could happen just on the $5 free play they give you just for walking through the door. But a good game like that doesn't exist that I know of at $2, let alone $250. And no one is giving me $5,000 in free play just for signing up for a players card.

In the later example it means hitting a state wide progressive, which isn't going to happen very often, even if I were to ever find one worth playing

I see your point. I think you misunderstood my initial question however.. I did not mean what someone has in their Bank as their net worth, I meant what their bankroll is for a given trip. If you go to the casino with 1,000 bankroll, with no intentions of hitting ATM or any other means of funds, then have you been at +330 at any given point and so on with different denominations?

I always go to the casino with every intention of hitting the ATM (or the cashier) if there are good enough bets to justify it

Its clear u dont play table games. It appears that you look for Advantage play opportunities and then act upon them as they come. I have a defined risk every time I step into the casino and my play is constant. Regardless if I walk in with 1000 10,000 or 50,000 my objective is always the same.

If I walked into the casino with $300, that'd be 3 sessions of $100 (at a $5 table). I could play for up to an hour or more trying to double or nothing $100, then do it again, and again. So I may go from $300, to $400 (win goal), back to $300, down to $200, and win twice more back to $400. So that's potentially 5 hours of play to get to where I could have quit after 1 hour.

For tax purposes it may be better to try to win back to even or better at the same table on the same date, since losses at specific tables may not be tax deductible in my state.

If you had 50k to walk into the casino with, coupled with your superduper winning craps system and a gallon of water you would be a zillionaire.

I do quite well, thank you.

I would actually prefer to have some Gatorade in that gallon of water now and then for the electrolytes. Enjoy your frosties from Wendy's. I think they have them for under a dollar now.

I've definitely been up 33% before, but certainly not 7 out of 10 times. Probably more like 2 or 3 times....?

First time I ever dipped a fry in a shake was Wendy's. It was ridiculously good.

I know you know this WatchMeWin, but you don't and nobody does, go up 33% 7 out of 10 times. You also don't do "quite well" playing craps only. You might talk yourself into that stuff the more you repeat it, but nobody outside of the DI forum will ever fall for it.

If you have fun playing or thinking that, then more power to you. That's what it's all about.
