Discussion of Dice Duel has been broached in the page on Nutz. However, I just did up a page on Dice Duel at WoO and think discussion deserves its own page. This page is on the Crown casino version in Melboune, not the one at betgames.tv. I plan to do a separate page on those rules later.

So, please have a look at my new page and let me know your thoughts.

The question for the poll is would you play Dice Duel?

I find it interesting that the logo for a dice-based game shows mis-spotted dice.

The left, white die is correct, but the right, red die is not spotted correctly. With the 6 in a vertical arrangement, the adjacent sides can only be a 2 or a 5.

The colors of the dice need clarification. They are described as one red and one gold, but rule 2 describes a payout when the blue die is higher.

Good catch. Even if you didn't know that, it should be obvious one of them is wrong, as they show a 2 and 4 on either side of the six with two vertical columns of dots. Opposite sides are supposed to sum to 7.

Another good catch. I just fixed it. The online Dice Duel game uses red and blue dice so I was probably thinking of that.

I’m the Rules section describing a Specific Number the phrase “8 to 1 for both dice” should be “4 to 1 for both dice.”

Under EVENT for the Specific Number Analysis table I suggest changing “2” and “1” to “Both Dice” and “One Die” respectively.

“Lands on” is used to identify a roll result in many places. Although that is common usage I tend to think of the number facing the felt as the one landed on. Probably just me, but I would use another description. There, I feel better now.

I'm looking at a die on my desk right now that is spotted like that.

If you were to match it to that logo, the 2 would be under the hat, and the 5 is on the bottom.

No idea of the manufacturer. It's pretty old, though.

I just did a separate page on the version of Dice Duel by BetGames.tv. I also invite you to play the demo.

Please check out my page and let me know if you have any comments, questions, or corrections. Thank you.

The edge shown in the grid does not match the edge stated in your text for the Red bet and Tie bet.

Seems like a relatively simple game with edges that aren’t too bad. Whould I play? Probably not.

Has anyone tried the demo game link This demo game sucks . Maybe its not functioning correctly, but that is the worst demonstration of a game that I can ever remember seeing.
