Thanks. My reply is still the same, give the player as many chances at the casino's money as you can. I'd let him play the bonus bets on every position, and not even require a primary pai gow bet.

Yes it can. The house edge under the Washington no-commission rule, and no player banking, is 1.2%. The side bets also help.
