I was browsing some of the sites of the different Vegas casinos for my upcoming trip and Terribles is running a promotion that gives you 5% of losses back up to 1000 and 10% of losses over 1000. Their double deck game runs a house advantage of .4% with their 6 deck game running .56%. With these rebates does it make sense to allocate some of my play to this casino vs. playing on a different game that runs a .19 or .26 house advantage?

Yes, and you should bet big and go for broke. Try to make a couple thousand. Seriously. You only benefit from the promotion if you lose, so you should take more risks.
