I just added a page on Spingo to my Odds site. Please have a preview. The name is meant to be a combination of the words spin and bingo.

I understood the game on the first read through, so it is clear enough. My changes would only be wording & presentation oriented:
1) Change "First, a ball is drawn from a pool of 21 balls from a hopper" to "First, a ball is drawn from a hopper containing a pool of 21 balls."
2) Anyway to center the table data underneath the table column titles? The Event data is left justified and the pays & math data is right justified.
That is really all I got for you :-), rest looks good.
