- on the 5 + 7 card hands. Where it says 2 pair (6+ and 10+)
Does that mean both pairs have to be over 6 or 10.
Or just one of the two pair?

In the 5 card hand, one pair of 6's or better wins.
In the 7 card hand, two pair, one of which is at least 10's, wins.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Does anyone know where this game is being played anymore? If at all. The only place I ever saw it was at Casino Pauma around 2005-2007.

It has been pulled from all casinos because it was accused of violating the patent on Three Card Poker, or at least the Pair Plus bonus payout of that game. That would explain why a 2-5-7 version may have been introduced. I would be interested in playing 2-5-7 -- anyone know where it can be found?
