Fins- the concept of hitting a certain win percent generally assumes you are picking even money bets. Anyone can hit a 60% win percentage taking moneyline favorites in most major sports. If you pick -235 type bets and win 60% you will be losing a boatload of money.

Sorry I jinxed you Fins.....did I mention I consistently lost money picking NHL games? Of course I used to go for the $5 two game winners w/ over/under selected as well for the 4 event parlay. For $5, I used to get a lot of entertainment!

Again, sorry about that.
By the way, I think your picks are meaningful if you track the net profit on each pick.
Along that line, in the profit tally are you assuming you bet the amount of the negative line to win $100 in your experiment? If so I have your profit at +195 with the Detroit loss costing you $105. But I maybe missing something here.
Will be interested to see how you do down the stretch.
