But does anyone know what the chance of a tie game going into half time is for the NFL?

The spread and total will affect that percentage. Need to be more elaborate.

Really hard to say... Try to determine by their Win Loss perhaps.

For games with "pick'em" odds, all the way to a spread of 10.5, and a total of 35 to 56 ?

Note: if that is too big a range you can group them together, maybe like this for the spread, 0 - 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 - 5.5 (or 6?)... and "7 pt bands" for the totals (these are just examples, so whatever you think is the best way to group them).
