stale lines have only played a role in 2 and both times more people had the wrong side of them.

I like helping my opponents. The Cardinals are now looking like a ‘real’ team. Shouldn’t be 10 point dogs. They are my confidence pick this weekend. I see them covering at plus 10 60% of the time.

I also like the Eagles getting 1.5 I thought they would be favorites by 1.5.

Also took Browns plus 12.5. Preseason I thought this would be a 3-4 point game.

Onenickelmiracle and Romes were both expected. But this would the second consecutive skipped week for Mwalz9, and Bruce1 skipped in Week 1.

It was announced late that Matt Ryan wouldn't play. However, I still think the Falcons and 3.5 are a decent pick, so I decided to avoid that game altogether.

Ryan is out!? I just figured the Seahawks were going to beat their @$$3$, LOL, I legitimately didn't know.

EDIT: Ha! I didn't pick it. I'm usually at the top of the list, but opened the PM I sent to OneNickel to copy my own picks.

Seahawks may be the most lopsided/consensus pick ever. With announcement about Matt Ryan, the line changed from -3.5 (although most books didn't post a line until they learned Ryan's status) to -8.5 going through the key numbers 4, 6,and 7. That's a significant amount of probability.

I picked Seahawks as my confidence also, but I see that 5 contestants also picked the Under for that game. I didn't think of that. :(

Edit: Seahawks ahead 24-0 at half. So it doesn't look like the extra 5 points will make a difference.
