Ok, so to make a long story short, I washed a Cantor Sportsbook Futures ticket. Do I have any chance at them sending me another one?

If so, where would I start. Tropicana wouldn't transfer me to the sportsbook because of "gaming regulations", which obviously is a lie.

I'm hoping this thread doesn't get lost in the craps madness...

I've had a somewhat similar experience at planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. I lost a ticket worth about $80 2 years ago during march madness. I must have thrown it away somehow. Anyway I went to the sportsbook in person after the game had ended and asked if there was anything I could do. I expected them to laugh and say tough luck. I knew the bet amount, time, and terminal where I made the bet so they looked it up in the system and advised it was not cashed. They gave me the actual ticket number and told me I had to wait 8 weeks and then call back. I can't remember which department it is. Finance maybe? Anyway I called back 8 weeks later and they confirmed it was never cashed and they mailed me a check. So it is possible that you can end up getting your money, but if you don't have pretty specific information on your bet I don't know how they will help you.

Cantor is handling it. They said the ticket is locked out, and if I win, to give them a call.

Kudos to them.
