After Week 10, its reported through various media that Bears QB Cutler, 49ers QB Smith, and Eagles QB Vick are out with concussions. while the Eagles are 3-6-0, the loss of Cutler and Smith look to be important wagering-line factors.
Are the Concussion rules really starting to affect the games/bet-lines considering the rather dynamic first few weeks of the season?
