Quote: McSweeneyI've noticed that the big trend lately with new slot machines is to have extremely anemic line hits and have the player depend entirely on tripping the feature/bonus round to make any money at all (Frankenstein is a prime example). I find this boring because there's no anticipation of lining up big line hits while you're playing the normal game; you KNOW all the line hits are going to suck and you're just waiting for the damn feature to trip. And the bonus round is no longer a rare treat but something you are completely expecting.

I hate Franky.
screen full of multipliers, multiple spins to get the feature and only 1 franky for minimal payout. then all multipliers reset
Quote: BTLWIWhat are you playing Frankenstein at, 5 blue spots with multipliers or multipliers in blue spots that total 10 or more?

i hate this game so i'm really letting others play it. however i usually would take it if multipliers are 10 or more

I count the mini as a blue since the largest blue is worth the same as the mini.
Result:
Only got 1 Frankie.
Lost $300

Case in point:
$20 per spin
Ouch!
If you don't get the free games, chances of turning a profit is iffy

Hm...
Worth the gamble on getting a progressive?
Now there's Phoenix link.
1888 Max
So playable #s are 100 higher than Buffalo link?

As a former AP, I would gladly take multiple small losses for one big win.
Why would such a successful AP choose to stop being an AP?Quote: DRichQuote: szaThese slot games are crafted to trap advantage players. What's amusing is that despite many APs experiencing significant losses, they still will play it over and over again.

Quote: Roberto21Are you saying Phoenix Link and Buffalo Link are AP traps? Sorry if I’ve misunderstood what you’re saying.

Can't be an AP trap if you play at a high enough #.
